Gino Wickman has been an entrepreneur since the age of 21. He has an obsession for understanding what makes businesses and the people within them thrive.

At 25, he took over his family’s business, a business that was deeply in debt and in need of help. After turning the company around and running it for seven years, he and his partners sold the company.

That set the stage for Gino’s next adventure – to help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses and their lives. Based on decades of real-word experience, Gino has created EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®), a practical and proven framework for helping companies clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. Gino is also the cofounder of EOS Worldwide, one of the largest business coaching organizations in the world, helping hundreds of thousands of companies globally to grow, gain traction, and thrive.
